How old are you?

When did you first create art with a shutter?
I first started taking photos for my girlfriends fashion blog which she started early 2014. At first photography was just a means to help push her business along. It wasn't until I set out on a six week trip across the United states at the end of the year that I discovered where my true passion lay...In Urban/city style photography.

What keeps you inspired to keep shooting?
Obviously it's all about maximum followers and likes for me!! hahaha Kidding. For me, Inspiration is everywhere. I am based in Sydney which is a rather small and new city with not a long vast history. It snot like Europe with it's thousand of old gothic churches or like New York with its hundreds of skyscrapers. Because of this I really have to search for inspiration in the little things and find beauty in objects that people would usually overlook...A street signs for example or a puddle, or a window. My art is all about angles and challenging perceptions. I always try to capture images that are different and out of the ordinary so I can show my audience a side to Sydney that they wouldn't usually see or have access to.

Your Favorite Place to shoot?
My favourite place in the world to shoot would have to be the inimitable New York City. It is where my passion started so I have a deep love and connection with that city. It is also one of those places where you could never fun out of places to shoot. There is a photo opp on every street corner.

Time. My appreciation for long exposure photography lies in its ability to use motion and movement to express the passage of time. For me, the historic Flatiron building transcends time and it was the perfect subject to capture the essence of this shot.

Baked Eggplant Vegan Pizza by @happyandraw 💛

Eggplant Pizza Ingredients: – 1 eggplant – 1 tomato – 1 orange bell pepper – 1/2 small bunch of cilantro – Small handful of mung bean sprouts – 1 lemon – 2 tablespoons tahini – 1 teaspoon mixed herbal seasoning
Eggplant Pizza Preparation: (Preheat oven to 350 degrees F)
1.Place the eggplant horizontal in front of you on a cutting board and cut 3/4 inch thick round slices.

2. Place a little bit of coconut oil in your hands and lightly coat each piece of eggplant, and place them on a non- stick baking sheet and place them in the oven. Cook them until they look light brown and soft throughout.

3. While the eggplants are cooking in the oven, prepare the pizza toppings.

4. Dice the tomato, bell pepper, cilantro and toss with fresh lemon juice in a bowl.

5. Spread a thin layer of tahini on the eggplant, top with pizza “toppings” and mung bean sprouts.
